The one year Diploma in Photography has been designed keeping in mind that the photographer is an artist as well a technician. A balance of theory and practical sessions aim to produce students who:
- Define and recognise creative process
- Analyse photos in terms of their artistic style and expression
- Have an advanced understanding of digital photography
- Can create, edit and recreate photographs using latest software programmes
- Demonstrate technical ability of a professional level in taking photos for use in the advertising and commercial genres as well as editorial and fine art photography.
The course is not simple instruction in digital photography. Our aim is to produce photographers that reflect on artistic aspects and develop competence in evaluating briefs with critical eye to give best professional result expected. |
